Let us answer any questions you may have:

If I order today, when will my products arrive?
Typically 2-4 business days. Please feel free to call us at 416-874-4505 for any further inquiries.
*Note – Any orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday-Wednesday depending on your area.
How will my order be packed ?
We will treat every order as if it was for our family! – which is the basis of how our business was created.
 
Your order is hand selected by a team member who chooses only the freshest and packed into bags individually then boxed (for bigger orders). 
 
If an item is not available (due to weather, seasonal, etc.) we will notify you and give you suggestions for a suitable substitute.
 
We will not substitue an item until we receive confirmation and agreement from you to do so.
Do you deliver on weekends? when is the cut off time?
Currently, we only deliver Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 8am on Friday will be delivered Monday-Wednesday (unless curbside pick up is arranged). Just remember, the more notice you give us the more accurate we can fulfill your orders. 
**We hope to soon be delivering on Saturdays as well – will keep you posted!
How do I order specific variations of products?
Produce is unique in that different countries package and ship products in different units of measurement. 
All of our products are sold in pieces, bunches, LB & packaged. Please carefully review the descriptions of each of the products when selecting your order. 
Where are your fruits, vegetables and herbs grown?

We source the best quality produce from all over the world with the most reliable & sustainable suppliers in the industry!

Is Food Delivery safe during COVID-19?

We provide contactless delivery – drivers will notify customers via text once the delivery has been dropped off at the requested location.

What is your return policy?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there will be no returns – However, if a product does not meet the customers satisfaction please notify us and we will either replace it or credit it on your next delivery (NOTE: please notify us by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order). 

Can my order be changed or modified?

If the order has already been sent out for delivery it cannot be changed or modified. Contact customer service to find out if it has been sent. 

If I forgot an item how can I add it to my existing order ?

Once an order has been submitted it cannot be changed – However, simply start/enter a brand new order and contact us so we can provide you with the Free Shipping “promo code” so you will not be charged shipping again.
